General Policy

PharmaDesk operates as a B2B SaaS platform specifically for licensed pharmacies. Due to the nature of digital software delivery and the extensive access granted immediately upon subscription, we maintain a strict 'No Refund' policy.

Free Trial Usage

We provide a fully-functional 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the platform extensively before committing to a paid plan. We strongly encourage all pharmacists to fully test the GST, billing, and inventory features during this period to ensure PharmaDesk meets your business needs.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will not be billed for the following billing cycle (month or year depending on your plan). You will retain full access to your account and data until the end of your current paid period, after which your account will switch to a read-only mode to allow data export.
