Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our policy strictly governs license key usage and refund eligibility.

Strict No-Refund Policy

PharmaDesk operates on a digital license key model. Once a license key has been revealed, used, or activated, we do not offer any refunds. Please verify your requirements before purchase.

When is a Refund Possible?

Unused License Key

If you have purchased a license key but have not yet activated or used it, you may request a refund within 24 Hours of purchase. The key will be immediately invalidated upon refund.

Double Payment

If your account was debited more than once for a single transaction (e.g., duplicate charge error), we will automatically refund the extra amount. If not, please contact support with proof of both debits.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do NOT grant refunds in the following cases:

  • You have already activated or used the license key.
  • You changed your mind after the key was revealed to you.
  • You are experiencing technical issues that can be resolved by our support team.
  • You forgot to cancel a renewal before the billing date.

Requesting a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria (Unused Key or Double Payment), please email us immediately with your Transaction ID and details.
