PharmaDesk maintains a strict 'No Refund' policy for B2B pharmacy subscriptions. Learn about our cancellation process and data retention terms.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from the PharmaDesk application dashboard. Navigate to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription.

  • When you cancel, you will not be billed for the following billing cycle (month or year depending on your plan).
  • You will retain full access to your account and data until the end of your current paid period.
  • After your paid period ends, your account will switch to a read-only mode to allow data export, but you will not be able to generate new invoices.

Exceptions: Double Billing

If your account was debited more than once for a single transaction (e.g., duplicate charge error due to bank issues), we will automatically refund the extra amount within 5-7 business days. If you do not see the refund, please contact billing support immediately with proof of multiple debits.
