Refund Policy
Information about cancellations, refunds, and data handling.
Important Notice
All subscription payments are generally non-refundable. We encourage you to use our free trial to evaluate PharmaDesk before purchasing a subscription.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- 1Log in to your PharmaDesk account
- 2Go to Dashboard → Subscription
- 3Click on 'Manage Subscription'
- 4Select 'Cancel Subscription' and confirm
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
What Happens After Cancellation
During Current Period
- • Full access to all features
- • No new charges will be made
- • All your data remains accessible
- • Support continues as normal
After Period Ends
- • Account access limited
- • Export data for 30 days
- • Reactivate anytime by subscribing
- • Data deleted after 90 days
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in these cases:
- Technical issues preventing service access for extended periods
- Duplicate charges due to system errors
- Charges made after confirmed cancellation
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days and are evaluated case-by-case.
Reactivation
You can reactivate your account at any time by purchasing a new subscription. If your data is still available (within 90 days), it will be fully restored. There are no setup fees or penalties for returning customers.
