Refund Policy

Information about cancellations, refunds, and data handling.

Important Notice

All subscription payments are generally non-refundable. We encourage you to use our free trial to evaluate PharmaDesk before purchasing a subscription.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. 1Log in to your PharmaDesk account
  2. 2Go to Dashboard → Subscription
  3. 3Click on 'Manage Subscription'
  4. 4Select 'Cancel Subscription' and confirm

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

What Happens After Cancellation

During Current Period

  • • Full access to all features
  • • No new charges will be made
  • • All your data remains accessible
  • • Support continues as normal

After Period Ends

  • • Account access limited
  • • Export data for 30 days
  • • Reactivate anytime by subscribing
  • • Data deleted after 90 days

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in these cases:

  • Technical issues preventing service access for extended periods
  • Duplicate charges due to system errors
  • Charges made after confirmed cancellation

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days and are evaluated case-by-case.

Reactivation

You can reactivate your account at any time by purchasing a new subscription. If your data is still available (within 90 days), it will be fully restored. There are no setup fees or penalties for returning customers.
