Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using PharmaDesk, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Service Description
PharmaDesk provides a pharmacy management platform including inventory management, billing & invoicing, sales analytics, expiry tracking, and data export features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in India
- Not share your account with unauthorized users
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed as per the plan you choose (monthly or annually). All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Intellectual Property
PharmaDesk and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PharmaDesk Technologies and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.
Limitation of Liability
PharmaDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, but you may export your data within 30 days.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
