By creating an account or using the PharmaDesk platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PharmaDesk Technologies Private Limited.

Our services are exclusively designed for licensed pharmacies and healthcare professionals in India. By using PharmaDesk, you represent that you hold a valid pharmacy license issued by the relevant State Drugs Control Department.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and staff accounts.
• Ensure all billing and drug inventory data complies with local law.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the PharmaDesk platform.
• Provide accurate billing details for GST and tax compliance.

PharmaDesk is a subscription-based SaaS. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

You retain 100% ownership of your inventory, customer, and sales data. PharmaDesk claims no intellectual property rights over the data you provide. You may export your data in standard formats (CSV/Excel) at any time during your active subscription.

PharmaDesk provides the service 'as-is'. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for any business interruption, loss of profits, or data inaccuracies caused by hardware failure, network outages, or unauthorized third-party access.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
